Xiamen University Malaysia, the first Chinese university branch campus in Malaysia, was established in 2015 with the goal of expanding its global presence and embracing cultural differences while providing high-quality education. The university offers a wide range of programs in various fields of study and employs a comprehensive teaching and research approach. Most programs are conducted in English, except for Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Studies. Xiamen University Malaysia has also formed partnerships with renowned universities in London and currently has collaborations with 17 prestigious institutions worldwide. According to the QS World University Rankings 2024, Xiamen University is ranked #392 globally.
