MIB College, previously known as the Malaysian Institute of Baking, is a privately-owned college that was established in 1977. It is the first baking school in Malaysia and offers a comprehensive education in food science. MIB College offers a full-time Diploma in Baking and Science Technology, which is accredited by MQA, as well as an International Diploma in Baking Arts, a qualification from the UK’s OTHM. The college has also gained recognition for producing exceptional graduates, as demonstrated by the achievements of one of its alumni who represented Team Malaysia and won the World Pastry Cup in Lyon, France in 2019.
